from forest and field, we offer small-batch, choice herbal wares and plant extracted, lunar and solar infused potions, salves, elixirs, and other brews for self-care. we use wild-crafted seaweeds, mushrooms, herbs and plants, harvested by our own hands, as well as herbs from our gardens, and the occasional source of trusted local farmers for things like ginger.
we are two medium sized and one tiny human, who live rurally and thrive in the woods, fields and beaches, exploring, harvesting, nibbling and observing.
plant medicine is the peoples medicine. we believe it is a gentle and effective way of healing, and a part of maintaining a healthy way of life. it fosters a connection to the land and sea that brings us closer to our surroundings, and a way of living long forgotten.
