each box contains:

• blood moon tea - a blend of wild foraged and organically grown** botanicals: red raspberry leaf, stinging nettles, red clover, lady's mantle & wild rose petals. this tea is helpful for toning and relaxing the uterus (can help with cramps) rich in vitamins and minerals for period support anddd it tastes good.

• herbal infused salve - this is made with organically grown botanicals, infused in organic sunflower oil from quebec, and local beeswax. it is helpful for pain relief, can be rubbed on sore backs, pelvic area, feet, or any other areas at any given time.

• pain relief tincture - wild willow and crampbark in alcohol. this is helpful for discomfort caused by cramps and other pains or headaches (also helpful to drink lots of water!).


** all of our botanicals are either wild-crafted or grown. by my partner and i (unless otherwise indicates) with good old fashioned compost from organic sources, no chemicals.
