• c a l e n d u l a . s a l v e • this gentle plant ally is my favourite for healing tender flesh, from new born babes to burns, rashes, scrapes, sore and cracked nipples, and on. this salve is made with organic cold pressed sunflower oil from a small farm in quebec, infused with calendula flowers from our gardens, and local beeswax.

• p o s t . p a r t u m . s o a k • yarrow, calendula & roses in epsom salts, to help heal any torn tissues or bits down there, and to help tone and cleanse. plus, just taking the time to have a bath in those early days is pretty damn dreamy on its own.
